1 Bathroom Welcome to The Pinecone Place! If you are visiting family, here for work, or just passing through, this is a great place to unwind. The king size bed is comfy and cozy . . . it's the most mentioned thing in our reviews. We are minutes from downtown where you can enjoy the local restaurants and events. We are a 5 minute drive to Weber State, and 30 minutes to Snowbasin, Powder Mtn and Nordic ski resorts. It's all so close at this central location. We can't wait for you to book and stay here!
This is a cozy one bedroom one bathroom apartment in the heart of down town located in a quiet neighborhood. There is a large front porch for sitting outside and enjoying the breathtaking sunrises over the mountains and sunsets out west. The kitchen is large and has everything you need for making your meals here if that is what you prefer. For those who like to go out to eat, there are pleanty of unique restaurants nearby. There are two large Roku TV's, on in the living room, and one in the bedroom.

The home is located in a quiet neighborhood. There is a high school nearby so you might see high school kids walking to and from school in the mornings and afternoons.

This is an apartment that you will have entirely to yourself. You will receive a door code to get into the house two hours before check-in on the day that you arrive. Parking is easy. You can park on the road in front, or on the driveway.
I live in the area and am available if you need me. You can always message me through the app and I usually respond within 30 min.
There is access to a washer and dryer in the basement, which you must go outside and down some stairs to get to.
The TV is a roku TV. When you log in on guest mode, enter your check out date and it will automatically log you out of all of your streaming apps when you leave.
